I've lived at Glenn Valley for about 3 years. I recently moved and realize how much I will miss living in these apartments. We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor with great views of the wetlands. There was always birds, deer, and other wildlife in our backyard. It is very peaceful. Maintenance was always prompt and courteous with us. They responded same day or the next day to most of our requests. There is a designated green area for dogs with complimentary waste bags. I love... that water and gas is included in rent. Internet was good. The pet rent is reasonable. I think the biggest thing I will miss about our apartment at Glenn Valley is the unlimited amounts of hot water. It was seriously wonderful to take a shower and not worry about running out of hot water all the time.
The only negative I would say is the walls and floors are not very sound proof. This is apartment living though.
Overall, I would highly recommend renting here.

Apartments are set in nice location with great views of wetlands. Neighbors are loud at times and staff unsympathetic. My biggest complaint would be dirty hallways and windows in halls. It seems they employ full time person to sweep and maintain common areas but I always see her sitting in white car or talking with people instead of working.

The apartment is roomy and well maintained, the rent is affordable and the staff are lovely. My husband and I have lived here almost a year and are thankful everyday that we found this place.

We just moved in. The location is prefect. My husband and I love the apartment. Very quite and spacious. The only thing is, I wish there was more storage space. I'm giving stuff back to my mom because it won't fit in a closet.
