DO NOT MOVE HERE
If I could give this place a 0 star I would in a heartbeat ! This is by far the most expensive place I have stayed at and have had the most problems here. From management changing every 2 months, to everything breaking down in the apartment, to someone breaking my car windows (have a basic car), to someone stealing a scat pack. To cigarette smell coming from a different apartment building into your unit( like how is that even possible). Maintenance request being poorly done. Take the fact that... they have units available now as a red flag. DO NOT DO IT ! I have stayed here for 3 years and I hate it but I am done being lazy trying to find a new apartment.

Our team works hard to address maintenance requests as efficiently as possible, and we sincerely regret if anything was not completed to your satisfaction. If there are outstanding concerns, we encourage you to reach out, so we can ensure they’re properly addressed. Regarding security, while no community can guarantee complete safety, we do implement measures such as parking lot and exterior building lighting to help deter criminal activity, and we encourage residents to report incidents to local law enforcement so appropriate action can be taken. We actively track reports and take concerns seriously. We also recognize that smoking odors can be challenging, and while our lease permits smoking in units, marijuana remains strictly prohibited. We continue to issue lease violations when necessary, send reminders about our smoking policies, and place odor-neutralizing canisters in buildings to help minimize the issue. These efforts are ongoing, and we welcome any further feedback.
