Bad place to live....

Quiet place to live. However....The managers pick and choose who has to follow the rules and who doesn't. The water is horrible. They won't help you with any repairs inside your home but want to inspect the inside and evict you if you don't let them. Don't bring your family here. They seem all nice sweet and caring. I promise u they are not. The home are made very very cheap. Paper thin walls. They charge 20,000 then once u leave weather u pay it off or not they start back over at 20,000. They... are making a killing.
