This company does not want you to move in, and cares far more about stringing you along. They will require over $250 just for you to apply, and unless you cancel within 3 days (during which *they will not have responded to you*) they will hold onto it for simply wasting your time. This company moves at a glacial pace, does not respond to emails, does not pick up phone calls, and will not reach out to you unless their own finances are at stake. Their management is crass and uninterested, their... realtors are completely new people who do not have experience, and unless you somehow have the money and time to throw around to lose and wait on small apartments, you will be wasting your time. You'd be better off living under a bridge, as the experience would somehow be better than trying to rent from this company. Lee mas

The Complex is very clean and the office staff are A+ with everything you need to move in. Sandy is very helpful with all questions about the property. They offer great move specials so hurry in.

I’ve been here for a year now. Renewed my lease for another year today. The apartment was renovated before I came here. Clean carpet, beautiful linoleum floors in the kitchen area, beautiful cabinets and so very clean. Every time I need something fixed, they are on it so fast. Every time I call, they answer. I complained about the smoke, the neighbors were kind about it and started smoking out their window. Washer and dryer area could be a little cleaner but I think that’s to be expected living... with a bunch of people in one area. I always hear someone vacuuming outside keeping the area clean, however lots of mold on the ceiling with water damage in the entrance but again, to be expected and am not exposed to it 24/7. Neighbors are so very friendly. Living somewhere safe if huge for me and being a young woman who lives alone, I’ve NEVER once felt unsafe here. Everyone is so friendly. The people who smoke outside across my building always say hi and ask me how I’m doing. Lee mas

me and my boyfriend just moved in , and we love it they where very helpful when we were signing papers, even showed us a couple apartments , are place was newly renovated and it looks beautiful very please with how nice the staff is thanku again ? loving our new home

The leasing staff (especially Beth) are very knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. The maintenance staff responds immediately and fixes things correctly the first time around. Quiet complex, no issues with neighbors, fair rental rates, convenient location. My only complaint is the snow removal company the property uses in the winter; they are just extremely slow getting out to plow and don't do a very good job when they do.
