    Great Experience

    I currently live here with my 4 year old daughter and Husband. We are very happy with renting from Fordham Green. The staff is very helpful and accommodating to your requests/needs. The grounds is well maintained and taken care of.

    The other residents in our complex have been great and very friendly. However, I could see problems that have encountered in other complexes. Overall I think everyone is very nice and friendly. I have seen parents that let their kids roam free (which results in    … obscene language and activities), but if you confront them about it they usually stop or go somewhere else. At least they're somewhat respectful.

    There are quite a few families who live here and older people who live here long-term. It's a very caring community and we're glad to have been apart of it.
