Stopping the BR ceiling dripping The contractual staff did a great job initially stopping the Master BR ceiling dripping and then back to sand base and then back to paint the BR ceiling. The work has been completed and they did a great job, currently paint is drying.

Maintenance Request I put in a request to fix a part of my oven. It was fixed when I wasn't home, but when I got back I saw that the problem was fixed but the maintenance worker had left one of my oven racks on my sink.
