Amazing staff Arrived on time and did an even better job than expected. I needed some paint to be fixed on the wall, and they got it done in a very timely manner. The staff and maintenance is very friendly and very respectful!

Smoke alarm issue Renee came and decided I needed a new alarm. The old one was buzzing on and off for three hours

Suds ! Early evening, there was a large gurgle sound, and then a strong sweet scent. It turned out somebody used a huge amount of detergent, and I got the back up in my apartment. Maintenance came and cleaned up the suds mess in my hallway and put on the fans as my carpet in the bedroom got a little wet as well. He made sure the floor was dry so that I didn’t take a bad fall on any wet surface. A notice was to be prepared for apartments in my nearby area up down and around to remind him not to... overload on detergent. No other apartment was affected by the overflow. Nice Place Its been great living here. Good area, quiet, fun events and giveaways. But i dont love the yearly rent raises or that some of the OG staff members have left ??
