Renee came on Sunday when my toilet supply line broke and flooded my bathroom in minutes even though I closed the shut off valve. She was very prompt and efficient.in fixing it.

Work Order was done very proficiently as always . Office staff was very prompt in reporting. Never in the 10 yrs.
since I've been here have I ever had a problem with either office staff or maintenance, very professional.

The changed policy without informing the tenant. They sent me a renewal notice 4 months before my lease is up. They gave me 30 days (3 months before my lease is up) to accept the increase. Not standard practice. Not only that, if I don't acept within 30 days, they added 800 dollars a month to the increase. No other apartment complex practices these poor standards.
