One problem I’d have to say that the only problem I have with my new lease is the constant raising of rent each time I’ve signed a new lease. This is the third re-leasing agreement I’ve had here and it’s gone up every time. Since I’ve been a resident, I am paying significantly more than when I signed the original lease. The staff and maintenance teams have been great the whole duration of my stay here but I feel there is not any reward for being a loyal resident.

Pet Friendly and Cozy!!!

I've lived here for a few years now and just renewed my lease for another term. One of the biggest reasons I chose this place is that they don't have pet restrictions, so my husky was welcomed without any issues. I really enjoy the fitness center and the amount of open space throughout the community. The staff has been great, and I'm looking forward to spending time at the pool this summer. Overall, it's been a great place to call home!
