Still satisfied with staff and management after 7 years. Prompt response from maintenance if needed, which is seldom. I definitely am grateful for the updates on any outside construction or road improvements . My only complaint would be the difficulty reading the parking lot repaving map. The colors are difficult for me because of the black background.

Time resolution My concerns were address right away, which made me a happy resident.

There have been a number of improvements throughout the complex over the last couple of years. I am very pleased to be a resident here.

Bad Customer Service Office staff is rude and seem put off when you have a maintenance request or problem. Takes forever to get things resolved. Maintenance staff is friendly, but it rare that things are fixed correctly the first time. One day I walked in to the office to ask about an issue I was having, the staff member I encountered had their feet up on the desk leaning back in the chair, and told me I would have to make an appointment, all while never standing up from the chair.
