Screen door replacement. I requested a new patio screen after a few attempts to repair it. Maintenance came out the same day with a new door and replaced to broken door. The Maintenance emplyee was very polite & professional. I appreciate the quick service.

On time, on point, what more could I ask for?!?!! He waited patiently for me to empty the cabinet. Then he got to work, installed the new faucet, and, I must say it works perfectly!!!?? Kudos and thanks. I LOVE the service provided here!!!!????

"Replace the wood" ? "cover up the mold" This is the second time I am complaining about not having the moldy wood beneath my bathroom sink replaced. The maintenance worker who came to deal with this merely covered the water damage by gluing a thin piece of wood atop it; the mold smell is still obvious.
