I love living here, not only because it's cheap but I have an awesome matinence guy Collin. He is ALWAYS here soon as I submit a request, he goes above and beyond to fix things that I didn't even ask, he just does. He takes time to greet my cats and that is important. Sure the complex has some problems but nothing that doesn't happen all over.

Great complex-The Harbors Aimee was an excellent guide. I felt like I was in a resort. Apartment had the three requirements important to me.

They keep your security deposit when move out and charge you extra for things that should be handled by company. They give you unclear and vague reasons for chargers to get the place ready for next tenant. They leave marks on your rental history without bringing to your attention it was any issue. Wouldn’t recommend moving here.
