Great Maintenance Help I needed a new air conditioner that had a remote. Sedrick and DeVonte did an amazing job with set up, and showed me how it worked, super helpful and friendly!

Maintenance showed up when I didn’t call. Maintenance showed up before 9am to fix my door battery even though I didn’t call it in. Maintenance man also knocked on the door very quietly and I didn’t know he was coming in until the door was already open. My cat tried escaping through the door as well, which isn’t the guy’s fault but it’s concerning considering if I weren’t there, something bad could’ve happened and I wouldn’t have even known maintenance was ever in my apartment.
