Horrible!
The way they treat their residences is horrible!!! It takes forever and a day for the maintenance to even come and look at the issue. The newest manager isn’t too bad but they do not answer the phones. If there’s something broken in your home and it’s not an urgent matter they won’t get back to you for at least three weeks. It has been in my experience that they are very nitpicky, they like to stick notes on your door that don’t apply to you and then in the same breath say that it will be a fee… if it doesn’t get fixed.
