A nice apartment with a horrible leasing office

I am satisfied with the overall look of my apartment and location. However good luck if you want anything done. The leasing office is completely incompetent they will just tell you something to get you to leave them alone and hope you forget. Despite going back many times good luck getting anything done with them. It is a decent place but for the high rent price, you would expect more.

Victory at Burcham Hills

The rooms are great, but the management is unbearable. I am moving into my unit in less than a week, and do not have all the necessary information to move in. Was told we can expect an email within the next few days, but have heard that for the past 2 months. If you like to be somewhat organized regarding your move in process I recommend staying away from Victory at Burcham Hills

Victory at Burcham Hills

Hello, I live in the 3 person unit and it is just fine. It is very new which is nice and comes with a couch and tv and more! Management is just a little slow here and not up to date but they seem to be getting the hang of it. Overall pretty convenient to live at.
