Rundown and Way Over Priced
I have been living here for nearly a year and totally regret renewing. The maintenance here is seriously lacking. It's always dirty! The majority of the time that I have lived here at least one of the elevators is always down. The promised amenities are rarely in working order. The hot tub was under repair the vast majority of my time here so far. Now both the pool and hot tub are closed indefinitely with zero compensation in rent. The trash room is often overflowing and spilling into the... hallway. For months the security lock on the main door didn't work, anyone could walk in at any time. Zero parking for anyone that visits. The only perk of living here is location. Don't do it.
