Good apartment but not good enough to deal with parking

The apartments themselves are nice. However, for any guests to visit you, a guest parking pass must be acquired at the Oaks office which is a 10 minute drive away and the pass is only good for 3 days. Therefore, if you have a significant other, friends or family that would like to visit you more than once a month dealing with getting a parking pass is not worth living here. Myself and plenty of others living here have had to deal with our friends being towed due to an expired guest pass, so it... is strictly enforced. Meanwhile the 20 parking spot guest lot sits empty day and night. To sum up great apartments very convenient but would not live here again solely because of the parking situation.
