The main house features four bedrooms, including three with elevated designer king-size beds and one with an elevated designer queen-size bed. The bunkhouse offers a queen bed, a full bed, and a full-over-full bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms with showers and one half bathroom. Enjoy a spacious living area with Smart TVs and a wood-burning fireplace, and a firelog stove in the Florida Room. The fully equipped kitchen includes two Keurig machines and a 12-cup drip coffee maker, with a dining area seating eight. The bunkhouse has its own kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, and a dining area seating eight. Both the main house and bunkhouse are equipped with Wi-Fi and mini-split A/C. Two washers and two dryers are available in the utility room.
Enjoy a beautiful heated pool and sundeck accommodating 15-20 people from May to September, with additional fees applying. Kayaks, paddle-boards, tubes, a paddleboat, and fishing poles are available from May to September. Propane grill, flat-top grill, and charcoal grill are available. Vending machines are also on-site.

Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors and is discouraged outdoors due to fire risk. Fireworks are not allowed. Illegal drugs are not permitted. Parties and events require prior approval. Exterior security and wildlife cameras are in place. Fireplaces are available October–April only. Life jackets are required when using watercraft. Mosquitoes are common in the summer months. Hunting is permitted on the property during legal hunting seasons, in accordance with all local and state regulations. Elevated platform beds have step stools provided. The home is single-level with one step at the entrance. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost and covers minor accidental damage. Please do not rearrange furniture. Keep the number of guests in your reservation accurate and do not violate the occupancy limits. A $100 flat fee applies for up to 5 additional daytime guests, and $20 per person for guests 6–20 (max 20 daytime guests in addition to overnight group). Unapproved extra guests will incur a $40 per person charge. All guests, day or overnight, must be pre-approved before arrival. For weddings, parties, or full-property events (up to 80 guests), please reach out before booking. Starter kit includes paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and coffee pods.
