Exhausted. Frustrated. It's always something. Think of citation as putting lipstick on a pig. Either it's an unfixable leak for 4.5yrs, mice, shrews, burst pipes, leaks, long turnover of submitted work orders, short notice communication of community or building related repairs, incomplete community repairs, incomplete fall or spring preventive maintenance. Clueless office staff. Lowest bidded contractors always hired. The most aggravating AI resident Assistant robot and biggest joke of a... service.
Decisions to neglect building exteriors upkeep to add keyless entry doors.
Pointless gated community entrance. Luxury as adverse is a joke.
In short, it's always something here but not in the good wa

Everything is good, except encountered mice within first 2 weeks after moving in. The pest control did come in and put traps. Also, other than non stainless steel appliances, had to replace kitchen faucet on my own as the one available was spraying water all over.
