Filthy

Apartments are never cleaned before you move in. Drain was filled with hair. Dishwasher had food stuck to the bottom. Carpeting was very dirty.

High End Finsihes

Love the stainless appliances, high ceilings and granite countertops. They do have a lot of amenities, but I love the convenience of the location and access to downtown shopping and food. Great sense of community.

Do Not Move Here

Life would be better off if you decided not to live here. Low value, over priced, operationally flawed, inconveniences left and right and the value overall is FAR greater elsewhere. Rent rises as performance and amenities fall.

Amazing staff and all around great place to live.

Moved here from Los Angeles during the peak of COVID as a student. The staff here did their best to accommodate me during hard times in finding a place to live when others didn't. The neighborhood is always clean, has its own dog park, and management alongside maintenance is super responsive. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a more hip, modern setting.

Verified Renter

The Brix is unmatched when looking for a contemporary styled living community. Just on the edge of the downtown area of Grand Rapids, the location allows for easy transportation with necessary shops within close distance. If the amenities don't sell this place to you, knowing you'll have the best staff you may ever meet should.
