I cannot rave enough about how wonderful and helpful Adam was during the application and lease-signing process! I had to do everything from 6 hours away and he made everything doable and worked quickly!

I moved in sight-unseen and the building is as advertised... for the most part. The unit is clean and the appliances are up-to-date. The floors are in good shape in the unit, but the stains in the hallway NEED to be addressed ASAP.
I had several phone conversations with the leasing office before signing. I asked: "How noticeable is the train?" And, I was told: "You will hear it, but the windows are thick and it runs 9am-5pm." Now that I live here, my 9-5 train often blows the horn outside my... window at 2am.
I will get used to the train (and maybe even like it), however, it will take longer to get over the frustration about being misled. This is a great building and tenants have been nice to me, just know the train comes by at ALL hours.
