I have been living here going on 2 years now and the staff are amazing. The location is quiet and very friendly.

Great place to live in the city without the city prices. It has a park-like atmosphere and the best part, they’re pet friendly.

Mold, bugs, trash, crime, abandoned vehicles, disrespectful neighbors, no sense of community, no buzzer for visitor/delivery access, hot water and heat issues, A/C units to small to cool apartments, poor management and maintenance, significant increase in rent during lease renewal and a radio mast towering hundreds of feet over the entire property. Would not recommend to friends or family.

I have never lived anywhere that has lied to their tenants more than this place. when we moved in we were promised an updated fully remodeled apartment=lie number 1. we got stuck in an apartment with BLACK MOLD and many mechanical issues. our garbage disposal wasnt working until we fixed it ourselves. matenance has too much on his plate with this entire complex for 1 man.
we then transfered to a smaller 1 bedroom un updated apartment on the "garden level" meaning half above and half above… ground.

We have had black mold so bad in the closet that the drywall was rotting and support beams were visable. next it spread out of the closet and up the wall behind our bed. they then removed a sliver of drywall and had us run a dehumidifier 24/7 to dry out the wall. note they did use a moisture meater to check for leaks but the entire thing needed to be replaced, not bleached and repainted.

Now comes the worst part: Roaches in our kitchen. When we told the office staff that we had roaches they pretended that we just had beetles and told us that it was our fault, but an exterminator would come take a look. now we are 2 treatments into it and the roaches are not gone and if we move out they may come with us.
we pay for a 1 bedroom 1 bath and have been able to use only our livingroom and bathroom without a massive issue.
we are due in July with our daughter and I am afraid of birth defects from this dumpster of an apartment complex.
our neighbors above us constantly fight and cops have been called many times. the apartment had not been cleaned between tenants and caused allergic reations from myself because of pet dander/mold. I would give this place negative stars if that was possible.

Our neighbors constantly peep into our windows constantly and accuse us of stealing from them when we work constantly and have nor been home. we dont even know who they are let alone if any of them are sex offenders or felons.
Plenty of kids here that attend Grand Rapids Public, but none of them are outside and playing.

we are moving out ASAP due to the issues stated above and many more.

Do not live here unless you want to live in a drug and violence infested slum!!
