Terrible

Goose poop everywhere. They don’t take care of their residents

Our team is dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness of the beach through weekly clean-ups and the removal of goose waste from the dock. We also apply monthly treatments to prevent... further issues and have installed goose deterrent lights to support these efforts. It's important to note that geese in Michigan are protected under federal law through the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, but we are committed to deterring them while following legal regulations. Great Apartment

I have lived in these apartments for almost two years and am very satisfied with the apartments, maintenance and the staff who work here. There are a variety of things to do and I enjoy time on the lake.

Great place to live

Really great apartments. I have lived here for almost two years. Maintenance services are very fast, often getting a response within a day. The office also hosts events every month which is great. The view is wonderful and its great that I can go fishing in my backyard.
