DON'T EVEN GIVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE

Mgmt. Cares about numbers not residents. Multiple months a 5 work orders later still waiting for maintenance. They are on about 5th crew since we've moved in. Mgmt smiles in your face not fixing big issues.

SAVE YOUR SANITY AND CASH

Management full of promises but they do not deliver. On going varmint issue and no trapping, spraying or investigation happening. Vast turn-over of bad maintenance. Office does not order repairs in order, but in favor. Still waiting 2 months for multiple repairs to be performed. CRICKETS!!!

The worst

Management is terrible. They ain’t fix repairs no matter how many times you ask. Apartment has been flooding for a month and they won’t fix it.

I have an awesome apart in Harrison Township, Nice 1 bedroom, fireplace, nice pool area. Have some nice diners in the area all walking distance, a nice drive to Detroit if you would like, I am a disabled vet and was welcome with open arms,
