My spouse and I applied for an apartment separately after being told to do so, and of course he got declined. Our household income is what would pay for this apartment. We talked to two different people that stated different facts each time. After dealing with a very rude secretary we’ve decided to find a place that knows exact facts and doesn’t lead us on to believe we meet criteria but then throws it in our face that we “don’t”. Awful service. Very disappointed with the staff here…

Absolutely Fantastic
Oh my gosh - where do I even begin? I moved to Northpointe Apartments two years ago, and truly cannot say enough good things about it. I've lived in many rental units over the years, and none come close to the experience I had at Northpointe. Not only was the apartment comfortable, clean, and very quiet, but the community at Northpointe is just wonderful. Working with Betsy, Robin, and Lonnie was always a positive experience, and they truly make you feel at home from day 1. The neighbors... are all fantastic too! I believe there is a great mix of people. I unfortunately had to move last month for a new job, but was truly sad to leave Northpointe. I would highly recommend Northpointe as a place to live...I literally had zero complaints!

Wonderful
Even though the rent is high, its a very nice and quiet community. They are very understanding with situations and have a pond. They come straight away if needing any help.

North Pointe Apts
Wonderful & considerate staff. Setting is smaller & a quiet community. Within a short distance from shopping & town. Best apt setting I have lived in and that is something. I am retired and have tried several apt settings. I will stay here as long as I able to stay here.
