Horrible Place
Had lived there for a whole year with a cosigner rent was paid every month on time, but when lease renewal came up, I had to apply on my own and unfortunately, my credit was denied and they told me I had to leave. Didn’t even try to work with me, knowing my good standing throughout my lease with them and two weeks before I moved they shut my water off. Without informing me.

We understand your frustration regarding the renewal process, however, all residents must meet certain qualifications to renew. The temporary water outage you mentioned affected the entire building and was due to an emergency plumbing repair, which… was resolved within the hour. -Michael, Property Manager
