How Is This Rating Determined?

Insensitive

I had a tragic event in my family that required me to stay residing in my current location, therefore, I had to forfeit the apartment I was set to move in to. When calling to advise the office manager, they were extremely rude and insensitive to my circumstances. I understand notice was short; however, I did not appreciate being treated in that manner. Be cautious with the office staff.
