Gramm Village Apartments

I completed an application for an apartment and got approved. I needed to move in on a later date and when I called her to let her know she stated that unfortunately I could not move in because the part to the stove was on back order. She never called me or anything and I was scheduled to move in the apartment in three days. I emailed her two days later and asked her did she have something else for me to move into and she stated that i needed to find somewhere else she's sorry. I've lived in the townhouse of this small apartment complex for 8.5 years. I love it. Never had any issues with bugs or rodents. If there is a maintenance issue Lucas, the property maintenance manager, is always prompt in addressing it. The grounds are kept clean and the lawn maintained and groomed daily. Kelly, the property manager is awesome! She's very attentive and actually cares about the tenants at the complex. She sends out newsletters every 2-3 months just to keep the residents informed.... The children can run around and play while remaining safe. Everyone just kind of keeps a watchful eye out for others in the complex...without being to nosey or a busybody.
