Everyone is so nice and get along. Is right downtown from everything even the bars laugh out loud. Only thing we miss over here is a grocery store.

So far everyone has been very friendly and helpful. The application and move in process were extremely smooth. Rhonda and Doug have been amazing through this transition.

Great environment very expensive The apartment overall has been a good place to live, and I have appreciated many aspects of the experience. The space itself is comfortable, the staff have generally been helpful, and the location has worked well for my needs. However, I do wish the complex was more accessible and affordable. Some features could be improved to better accommodate individuals with mobility challenges or disabilities, as navigating certain areas can be difficult at times.... Additionally, the cost of living here feels high compared to what is offered, especially with rising everyday expenses. Lower rent or more affordable utility and fee options would make a significant difference for residents. Despite these concerns, I have still enjoyed living here and believe the apartment has many positive qualities. Excellent place to live, well run, plenty of parking, close to many amenities, great to work from home, close to job and family. A great value for all your housing needs.

This apartment complex has the absolute best management. They care so much about their residents. They constantly go out of their way to make staying here enjoyable and special with various events. The building is extremely clean, secure, and well kept. Maintenance is always completed in a timely manner. The amenities are great. The location is right in the heart of downtown Jackson, with tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
