Change of management
This property was an excellent living situation for lower income seniors and was well kept up. As of late 2020, there was a management change. Current maintenance is slow to respond if they respond at all. Faucet leaks and light fixture problems are ignored when work orders have been submitted. Staff is overextended and slow to respond. This will no longer be income-based housing.
