Wildwood Apartments

Lived here for a few years and had problems from the start. Water damage from the apartment that I requested them to fix, they came in and said they were going to just paint over it. Stove caught fire and they never even asked if everything was ok. I requested a new stove and ended up having to pay for my own. There was no security in the buildings, people were coming in and out as they pleased, sleeping in the hallways and such. Not clean at all. Management is terrible, absolutely terrible. DO... Lived here before new management, knew people who lived there and tried getting a place here before;

Parking lots full of trash and ice in winter that elderly mom cant traverse safely when visiting. You can see where they tossed their Now Leasing sign between some buildings in parking.

Hallways full of holes in walls and hall carpets vare disgusting, maintenance leaves jobs half finished., hot water not working for months on end,ect

Once they had advertised a two bedroom, but at the showing... arrived they had every excuse to not show that apartment and wasted time by showing the more expensive apartments.
Managed to get a showing only to see the bathtub completely eroded.

Expects 3x income when the property is not cared for and tenant issues ignored. Ever since new management this place is very neglected. Read More
