RENTAL CRITERIA:
1. A credit score of AT LEAST 600- FIRM (We use Experian, Vantage Score 3.0)
2. Have AT LEAST 3 years of good rental history. We will carefully consider your application based upon a review of your prior rental history and references. We are looking for a clean rental unit, no late payments, no balance owing and no complaints.
3. Monthly income of 3 times the rent (2160$). We will consider all of tenant’s available sources of income in reviewing the application. We will request documentation of each income source.
