We have had nothing but problems after problems. We live in a unit that is less than a year old and the AC and dish washer have both quit working within 4 months. The office staff is rude and unwilling to provide any assistants, return email or answer the phone.

Not worth it
New buildings have all kinds of problems. Asked for them to fix it, maintenance came in and said, "it seems fine." Ridiculous rent for the living conditions they offer. Management does not care how many complaints you file.

Roaches
This property knowingly has a roach infestation problem in one of their buildings and has failed to correct the problem. The property manager is 100% incompetent and unprofessional when it comes to handling business. It's too bad, because this property is nice, and the amenities are good.
