About Corporation Hall
Corporation Hall features radiant heating and cooling provided by a geo-thermal heat pump system and therefore, tenants don't ever see a bill for heating or cooling. LED lighting has been prescribed throughout. We have solar thermal panels on the... roof which provide pre-heating for our domestic hot water, thus reducing energy use.
The building has been designed to be a secure building, so access control is built in.
