Used to be a decent place to live until they hired new management. This is the perfect place to have your rental history, credit, and much more ruined for life. Not only that, it is also ran by an unprofessional staff that is blood related. Manager is very rude and seems to feed off demeaning people and treating them like crap. Also according to management you have to lower your standards to live here. Management also tends to approve applications for family and friends. They do not maintain the... property including grounds nor units. Maintenance is not certified nor are they capable of fixing anything outside a light bulb. I've called, and went above people's heads. And still nothing gets done! All I want is salt on the road and salt on the walkway, it's not that hard. but if you walk up to the office their walkways are salted. where the maintenance man lives and walks in and out every single day, to his car and his and his wife's car....where they live right there above the leasing office. u can SEE the cement. But they could care less if you or your kids slipped, as long as it's not them. also I leave message... after message and I can't get to talk to a real person about it. I don't like how it has changed and the residents that have moved in are not real nice people. I want to move

nice and spacious, no slider though and I have to deal with neighbors on 3/4 sides of me. The doors are very close to eachother where my neighbors can see into my living room when they walk up the sidewalk. There's a super bright light right outside my windows that shines in at night. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix stuff but some of the specification are awful. I have a young child and there's no top door lock. The stove knobs are low enough to touch. The fridge is tiny.
