If your old appliances, laundry, pipes etc have a problem expect it to happen again. The landlord will certainly mention that they are cheap IF you can get in touch and not mention anything really being fixed. They are cheap!!!

Don't forget renter's insurance.

The community is nice. My neighbors clean the foyer and mow the lawn just as well if not better than the people that used to be paid to do so regularly.

2930 Woodruff is a nice place in a good community- but best of all, it's by far the cheapest in the area. as of 2015, rent for a 2 bedroom is 640. All hardwood floors and it almost feels like a loft with a brick wall. My wife and I love it.

Just moved in a couple months ago. Appliances are a bit outdated, but for the price it's fine. Includes all hardwood floors and a private balcony or patio. Heat and water included in rent. The neighborhood feels pretty safe also, and it's only 2 miles from MSU. My only complaint is being right near the highway so that's all you hear but the place itself is nice, although old.
