Pinewood Club Apartments

I read the previous reviews, so when I called I was skeptical but I met with the property manager, she was on time, she was friendly and she answered every question that I had, I mentioned the reviews, she said that was not her; I can honestly say she did everything she said. I moved my apartment it was ready when promised, there has never been any unaddressed issues. I've called a couple of times regarding maintenance, I've always received prompt courteous service from the maintenance staff,... they're very nice guys. I enjoy living here, I have the 2 bedroom/2bath/split unit which I truly love. I've lived on the West-side for 6 years when I first moved to Lansing; I was glad to find Pinewood on the South-side, I saved $112 a month on rent, they're not "Market Rate." I have no intentions of moving until I retire in about 8 to 10 years. I am truly at home. Just wanted to let yo know things are fine here and I hope this review helps. Read More
