Hunter Woods Apartments

Lived here for 4 years, great staff! Great staff, really. Decent cupboards and utilities. Bathrooms are nice. They allowed us to paint. Adequate notice for anything. Filters were periodically changed on furnace and air conditioner. Everything was clean when we moved in and if we ever had any issue maintenance was prompt about fixing it to satisfaction. I will say, in the cold winter, there was a bit of chill leaked from windows and balcony door but we simply put down a blanket and blocked it... off. The grounds are landscaped beautifully in the summer and plowed and salted in the winter months. They plant flowers and put up lights and decor to make it special. Hunter Woods is a small, quiet complex near Lapeer High School. Very near the downtown area and restaurants. Also close to shopping and the expressway. It has been great living here and the management team is fantastic.
