Great starter apartment!
I love the apartment. It's quiet and the grounds are well kept. Biggest issue is that the carpets smell a bit like cat pee, because the "no pets" thing is a myth. Hard to get ahold of the landlord, and you need to mail in your rent instead of being able to just make a payment, but the neighbors are nice and I've had no issues with the building itself. Good place to start!
