Nosey & noisy neighbors

Kids are allowed to play and be loud in the hallway, can't even enjoy a morning cup of coffee without it seeming like my upstairs neighbor is stomping on my head, then there's always that one neighbor that has to turn everyone in for this or that, worse experience ever. Also the fees they show on the site are not accurate, they charge $30.00 pet rent and I think my son got charged $300. Non refundable deposit for his cat, also they're quick to charge fees but it takes a year or more to get… things fixed in your apartment.

Bad phone number

Can't even get in touch with this complex. Every number they say to call goes to nothing or you get a busy signal.
