Bed Bugs!
Worst 7 months of my life. Bought all new furniture when moving in, maintenance was diligent and came whenever needed which was great. Moved in Jan of 26, noticed bed bugs in April of 26 and had to deal with tons of “I’m so sorry oh noooo we didn’t know” and other excuses. Multiple neighbors mentioned having issues with them as well, as it turned out the entire building was infested, apartments were being treated on a “if necessary” basis and the problem cycled over and over. Lived out of trash... bags for three months until finally being “cleared” of bed bugs and the same day I was cleared, the company they hired to treat my apartment left my door wide open. Could not put up with any more of their negligence and finally got out this month. Do not rent here unless you want to have to throw away all of your furniture and cloth items and then not be reimbursed,
