Don't want to live here
Birchmount has 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses with one bathroom. It's pretty quiet here, but maintenance is really bad. I had things in my place that haven't been fixed that have been like this for over six months.
If you ask for information about the owner you won't get his number, the manager will not give it to you. She will threaten to kick you out for the smallest things and if someone states that they've saw something you or your children have done and it's a lie, the eviction papers... will be written up.
Don't move here, its not a good place to bring up children and the school is horrible too... Beecher Middle School and High school.

Its quite around the winter time summer time crazy in good way better then cable
