Be Careful

I would advise caution when moving here. Office personal and maintenance are careless when it comes to issues and randomly enter apartments to re-fix already fixed maintenance requests. They don’t respond to phone calls and most recently they got the apartments mixed up and ended up going into my neighbors apartment instead of mine without notice do to them not paying attention to the work order. Luckily no one got hurt that I know of. However, if you move here just know that these things are… happening and aren’t being addressed. Could be a great place to live but the effort and focus on resident safety and health just isn’t cared about

Office and maintenance staf are excellent

I have been a resident of Shoreline Landing Apartments for one and a half years and the entire staff are friendly and responsive to resident needs. The grounds and pool are well maintained with prompt snow removal in winter. Brittney and Mary in the office and Kirt, Jon and the maintenance department staff are outstanding..I do not hesitate to recommend Shoreline Landing.

Kurt from Maintenance is hard working and always goes above and beyond! He wears Booties while entering my home for repairs and takes the time to make sure all is set in my home.
