Literally inept staff

Leasing office and maintenance staff almost doesn’t speak English after you sign a lease. I almost had to use my attorney at Central Park given their bad apartment(s) and staff. Don’t rent there - not a joke.

Place is a Dump

So many places better in Okemos! This place is pure garbage. Starting with management on down. They treat you like garbage as soon as you sign a lease. Think twice! The noise is crazy loud at all times!! I actually left and stayed at friends on several nights because of the constant stomping and loud noises! SO LOUD that it shook my whole apt. I actually thought the ceiling was going to come crashing down at times. My air conditioning when out several times and it was never properly fixed.… Recycling hadn't been picked up on months.... staff is the rudest bunch of folks, that I have ever dealt with. They tried to charge me 40$ because they said the tub was dirty when I my lease was up. They tub and everything in my apt was bad 1980's crap bad. DO YOURSELF a favor and looking around. LOTS OF BETTER PLACES TO LIVE In OKEMOS!

Awesome place to live!

We loved living at Central Park! We lived here for 3 years and have always had pleasant experiences with the staff. They do a great job maintaining the apartments and grounds, and they added a dog park recently for your furry friend! They have events going on and do a great job with communication via email or the app. We are moving out of state, but have really enjoyed our time here.
