This seemed like the perfect place to live for me and my family but my application was denied. They expect you to have a near perfect credit history and even if you try to explain they won't help you. So ask for the credit requirements before you apply and make sure you meet them or else you'll be out the application fee ($40 bucks in my case).

Bad online System
My application was automatically cancelled and even manager couldnt fix it. Eventually the listing went to someone else.

Great place to live!
An excellent place to live with one other person. Quiet community, other than the highway noise from US 131. The townhomes are enormous and in very good shape. Problems are fixed by maintenance very quickly. Loved having a garage and basement for storage. Wish I did not have to leave.
