Work Order Satisfaction Review Submitted a work order regarding an odor in the corridor several times over the course of 2 years. I have given ample opportunity to resolve the issue. When I emailed them yesterday I did not receive a response, and the office closed out my work order without rectifying the issue. Inviting friends and family over is embarrassing because of the smell. I would greatly appreciate if this issue was resolved instead of being dismissed.

Maintenance experience I have had nothing but great experiences whenever I need help with maintenence. All the guys are very professional and friendly. They are always quick to respond to requests and the problem is always resolved on the first time they come. Its so nice to know that if I ever have issues with my apartment that it will be resolved quckly, accurately and by a friendly face. Thanks to all the maintenence crew at Walnut Trail.
