The community was better when Village Green was the property manager. The Graham has not made the transition smooth and has us considering other communities in the future.

I recently moved to The Graham. This apartment is overpriced and poorly maintained. The management team will disappear once you sign the lease. It’s by far the worst experience I’ve had with any apartment.

Very nice to live!

I live in Village Green for more than 7 years. That’s such a nice place to live. Besides the apartment itself, Jack and his staff are just awesome. Their approach and way of dealing not only with the general situations that occur but principally with the residents are wonderful! Competent and respectful! Thank you a lot!!!

Very nice units more like a kind of an apartment

Very nice units more like a Condo than apartment,I’ve been here six years and I love living here, nice units inside and outside ,very homey looking, nice landscape , New property manager is very nice and he will make sure if you have any issue is being taken care of right away .
