The Chapman is a great place to live once you get past the shabby appearance due to lack of proper exterior maintenance.

The communication with the community staff is terrible. Every single time that I send an email, I NEVER receive an answer. If I really need something, I need to go to the office, and base on my work schedule and the office hours is very complicated.

The open layout and copious amount of plants and trees gives the apartments a very neighborhood feel. It has a very inviting aesthetic, especially the main office building and its approach (the trees around it have the greatest colors during autumn). And during the holidays, this place is gorgeous. I very much appreciate how festive the community feels as December arrives.

The Chapman has made my transition to the area a lot easier. The location is perfect for being able to walk on the trails or just being near a town where there is always a lot to do. The people are very kind and welcoming which has made me feel right at home! I have had such a great time so far and look forward to the future with the Chapman apartments!
