Lake Pines Apartments

We have a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The storage is amazing! It has a giant walk in closest with shelving on both sides, personal unit hot water heater, the stove is electric, the pantry is large, dishwasher, and shared coin laundry room. It runs on gas heat so it's cheaper and the central air is great. It's improved since we lived here 2 years ago with better shelving and new carpet. Sometimes you can hear people walking above you but generally quiet. The pool seems well kept, but the work out... room needs some help. It's a 5 min walk to Lake MI and the price is the best for what you get in the area. Trash is 2X a week, and winter is usually fully plowed by 8/9am but you have to shovel the sidewalks to your car. Pets welcome for a price. Parking has never been an issue. Maintenance repairs seem quick, well done, but relaxed in detail. Management seems decent to work with. It's in a tourist community, and Meijer is around the corner. It's off a main road so it's easy access to everywhere. Generally a good experience. Read More
