They dropped the ball hard. I applied, couple emails about what might happen. Wait to hear... Wait to hear... No emails, no phonecalls for days. Then I get a call at 630pm from a speakerphone asking why I haven't submitted the approval paperwork. I was never told I was approved. I asked then to print the forms out for me. They're answer was no. Application fee didn't include printer ink.

I experienced a leak in my apartment that caused significant water damage and mold on my ceiling. Instead of properly addressing the issue, maintenance initially sprayed the affected area with a cleaning solution and left without fixing the underlying problem or even looking for the root cause. They were in my apartment for less than 5 minutes.

The leak continued for nearly two months, leaving my apartment damp, humid, and smelling like mildew the entire time. The water damage affected multiple... rooms and even damaged some of my furniture.

When I spoke with the property manager, I felt my concerns were dismissed. There was little urgency to resolve what I considered a serious maintenance issue. It took multiple follow-up emails over several weeks before a contractor was finally sent to repair the ceiling.

This apartment complex is a dump. They rented me a remodeled apartment and the dishwasher was not working when I moved in. Took three weeks for them to repair it and it still wasn't up to par. The bathtub was old and rusted. They figured out in the spring that I hadn't had a working smoke detector in almost a year. I paid $14,000 for this apartment for one year and they were not responsive to maintenance requests. Also the pool was not opened until August of the year I moved in when it should... have been opened in May. Just a whole bad experience. It's been rough here. I've lived here for a few years. The rent is way higher than advertised. It takes forever to get things fixed. There is a big hole in the parking lot with a tarp over it. Ugh!!!

Pool has been out the two years living here but paying for it. Rent was raised. Everything old and broken down. Balcony door was never fixed and doesn’t lock. Garbage disposal leaks goo. Bathroom vanity has mold/water damage. This place is unprofessional
