This is a horrible place to live.

The people from the rental office are very rude. They never clean anything or fix anything in any of the units, they always have an excuse why not to fix anything. The mold is horrible especially during winter and their advice is to keep the windows open. My doctor told me that probably was a black mold , so I should move out of there before I had irreversible health issues. He said that a lot of apartments have black mold because ventilation and air circulation is horrible and exposure to mold… could kill you when you have asthma. My advice do not rent an apartment here, after a week or so after I move out my allergy issues completely stopped.

Prairie Creek Apartments

The apartments are in a great location. It is near of parks and Rivertown Mall. The neighbors are friendly and nice people. My bedroom is facing a little forest; during winter I could see deers passing by. So far living there it has been alright, I just did not like the mold and the air circulation. The mold during winter was awful, they were everywhere. We got sick a lot even though we clean them. Sometimes I think the place is a death trap because if there's a fire we only have one exit! Also… the air in one place could be hot and the other would cold, but during winter is just cold overall. We need it to turn on the oven so the place could hear up! Overall is an okay place, and is a good experience because then you will know what you are looking for in an apartment

Prairie Creek Apartment

It's a nice neighborhood. The people are friendly, and there's not a lot noise. Behind the apartment sometimes you can see deers. The only problem I have notice is the air circulation is not great. We got a lot of mold during the winter and the heat is not great.
