Galante at Parkside

My wife and I had lived at galante's sister property gabella for the last 2 and 1/2 years.
that experience was wonderful there's absolutely no better management and staff in the Twin Cities area!
We have now lived for over five weeks at Galante@Parkside and we are so pleased that Amy and the rest of the staff and maintenance team excellence in-service continues here!
Amy here and Lauren back at Gabella are easily two of the best managers in the Twin Cities.
Their dedication to provide fantastic… service to the residents and potential residents it's just amazing!
Lauren and Amy and every single other staff member in management and maintenance are so sincerly friendly, so helpful, it greatly
adds to our daily life here in addition to the fantastic property.
Galante & Parkside have fantastic amenities and overlook Kelly Park.
Great location, so convenient to everything as well !

I recently applied for an apartment. When I called to check the status of my application one of the staff members (Megan), who works at their sister property “The Gabella” was extremely rude to me. I was interrogated, and rushed off the phone as if my needs, or concerns were not important. In addition my credit was mistakenly ran twice by two different staff members at the Galante, which resulted in an unnecessary reduction to my credit score. When I asked about it, their staff member Chandler… was very non-chalant and didn’t offer an apology, or resolution for their mistake. When I requested to speak with their property manager Lauren I was rudely told to call back on Monday, and was hung up on. Overall, the property is nice, but the staff is rude.
